About the role

Promote a DevOps culture, strengthening integration between development teams and operations to create better alignment and more integrated, automated processes.
Work together with Technology teams on support requests and implementation of improvements in the continuous integration processes of their projects.
Implement, monitor and operate CI/CD solutions (continuous integration/continuous delivery).
Implement, operate and monitor Kubernetes clusters on GCP.
Manage access to cloud environments and monitoring tools.
Document team resources and processes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience with:
- Source code versioning (Git);
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Cloud Build/ArgoCD);
- Cloud computing (GCP/AWS);
- Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Rancher;
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry);
- Agile practices.
Technical skills (Hard Skills):
- Operating systems (Linux);
- Shell scripting;
- CI/CD;
- GCP;
- Containers;
- Kubernetes;
Nice-to-have (differential):
- Experience with GCP services: App Engine (GAE), GKE and Cloud Operations;
- Programming language knowledge (Python, Go, PHP);
- Information security and SDLC knowledge (advantageous);
- Networking and related infrastructure knowledge (DNS, reverse proxy, firewall).
