• Support leading developers, utilities, and funds across the power sector to deploy capital to the energy transition by integrating Aurora's software into their strategic investment decisions
• Deliver specialised onboarding training sessions and energy market workshops to guide customers in using the software to build and interpret their asset specific and market level revenue forecasts
• Perform and deliver analyses on software-driven client projects
• Exercise judgement and critically assess software outputs to ensure our financial forecasts are defendable
• Help clients to leverage insights from Aurora's software during transactions and strategic decision-making
• Help answer client questions across a broad range of topics, ensuring they are able to unlock value from the software
• Leverage insights from customer usage data in order to perform strategic retention and expansion activities
