About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The TA / Early Careers Coordinator will support with the logistics and coordination for both lateral hiring across the business and Early Careers. Early Careers focuses on recruiting university students into entry-level roles at Aurora, specifically in our Oxford and EMEA offices (currently Berlin, Stockholm, Athens, Madrid, Poland, & Paris). Lateral hiring support includes recruitment coordination across several business functions, including Research, Advisory, Technology, Software Solutions, Modelling and our core business areas. Beyond recruitment and assessment, the individual will support aspects of coordination related to graduate training, induction and ramp off.****You will thrive on juggling a variety of tasks and working at pace in a very busy and growing P&C team. We are a close-knit, fun bunch and are hugely supportive of each other. Our main mantra is ‘one P&C; one team’, we strive to develop individual capability characterised by personal accountability and a shared responsibility. Our other mantra, ‘better never stops’, underpins our determination to deliver P&C excellence in everything we do.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Required attributes:**
  • - A keen interest in the early careers market and Higher Education
  • - Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • - Ability to communicate with a variety of people (students, graduates, academic departments, business stakeholders)
  • - Curious and passionate about innovation. Not afraid to experiment and learn from mistakes
  • - A natural collaborator
  • - Analytical approach with experience reporting data
  • **Desirable attributes:**
  • - Proven experience working on volume graduate and intern recruitment, ideally within the professional services sector
  • - Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
