About the role

  • Aurora’s Software Solutions team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered. To best enable the user experience, both through product development and analysis delivery, Aurora is developing a global Client Solutions team that provides the critical end-to-end interface between the underlying model development and the end user.
  • Empower leading developers, utilities, and funds across the power sector to deploy capital to the Energy Transition, by integrating Aurora’s software into their strategic investment decisions
  • Host specialized onboarding trainings to guide customers to use the software in order to build and interpret their energy market views
  • Perform feature-bridging analyses for client projects, enabling access to pre-release features other internal functionality
  • Help clients use software outputs in transactions, using Aurora’s software to deliver bankable valuations and insights
  • Provide first-line-of-defense troubleshooting clients' questions, ensuring they unlock value from the software, and work with other internal teams where escalations are required
  • Shape product roadmaps by providing key customer insights
  • Monitor customer usage data in order to perform strategic retention activities

Requirements

  • **Required attributes:**
  • - At least 1 year of professional experience in an analytical and knowledge-driven role
  • - Strong analytical capabilities in engineering, business, economics, or similar
  • - Strong communication skills and a level of confidence in client-facing situations
  • - A high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achieved
  • - Strong team player with a track record of success in team environments
  • - Business fluency (C1 level) in Polish and English
  • **Desirable attributes:**
  • - Polish (or other Central European) power market analytics experience, preferably with experience of power market models
  • - Professional exposure to energy and power markets
  • - Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B setting
