About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own annual revenue quota across new business, retention, and expansion within a defined portfolio of enterprise Australian retail customers.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial objectives, stakeholder maps, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Create customer narratives, using Google Slides to create presentations.
- Develop multi-threaded executive and operational relationships across retail customers.
- Identify expansion and network growth opportunities across multi-site and enterprise environments.
- Partner proactively with Customer Success to protect renewals, mitigate risk, and maximise lifetime value.
- Translate customer insight into structured feedback for Product and Marketing.
- Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline and high CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
- Navigate pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations with confidence.
- Represent Auror credibly at industry events and strengthen our position in the Australian retail market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a SaaS business within Account Executive, Account Management, or hybrid commercial roles, supporting enterprise companies.
- Demonstrated experience owning a quota across both new business and expansion.
- A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience managing enterprise or multi-site customers.
- Strong commercial acumen: you understand margin, pipeline mechanics, and deal strategy.
- Bias to collaboration, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal.

Comp & perks- Competitive salary range: Depending on level of experience, a base salary of between $120,000 - $160,000 (IC4), with an OTE of between $200,000 - $267,000 (60:40 split between base salary and incentive).
