About the role
- Principal technical owner of financial reporting and consolidation processes and systems.
- Build and lead the go-forward strategy for financial reporting and consolidation tools.
- Maximize the value of financial reporting and consolidation tools within the organization.
- Direct the standardization and automation of reporting processes.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into plant performance.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Primary preparer of reporting packages for use by parent company in its consolidation process.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minium of ten (10) years in a role focused on financial consolidation and reporting.
- Expert proficiency in OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion (Enterprise Performance Management, EPM), or similar financial close and consolidation tools.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with Rockwell Plex ERP is a significant plus.
- Experience with QAD, SAP, and other ERPs would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, including the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical teams.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation principles, and cost accounting.
- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
