About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and manage payment requests in the CAP and SAP systems;
  • Assist in reviewing and monitoring the department's budget;
  • Provide support for various administrative activities, including reviewing requests, opening support tickets, and handling related documents, maintaining control and tracking of records and reports;
  • Create and maintain various controls using spreadsheets, ensuring data is kept up to date for consultation and for preparing departmental analyses;
  • Organize and maintain files and records to ensure effective control of documents and correspondence;
  • Provide assistance with additional administrative tasks as directed by management;
  • Assist in preparing general technical materials for the department, such as tracking ANEEL board meeting agendas and news/updates from MME, ONS, EPE and CCEE, among others.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical; Energy; Production), Law, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • Organized and proactive;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Responsible;
  • Differential:
  • Knowledge of SAP, processes, and transactions;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft platforms and SharePoint;
  • Knowledge and aptitude in numerical analysis;
