Administrative Assistant II – Affirmative Action for Persons with Disabilities

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and manage payment requests in the CAP and SAP systems;
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring the department's budget;
- Provide support for various administrative activities, including reviewing requests, opening support tickets, and handling related documents, maintaining control and tracking of records and reports;
- Create and maintain various controls using spreadsheets, ensuring data is kept up to date for consultation and for preparing departmental analyses;
- Organize and maintain files and records to ensure effective control of documents and correspondence;
- Provide assistance with additional administrative tasks as directed by management;
- Assist in preparing general technical materials for the department, such as tracking ANEEL board meeting agendas and news/updates from MME, ONS, EPE and CCEE, among others.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical; Energy; Production), Law, Economics, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Previous experience in administrative tasks;
- Organized and proactive;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Responsible;
- Differential:
- Knowledge of SAP, processes, and transactions;
- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms and SharePoint;
- Knowledge and aptitude in numerical analysis;
