About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct quotations for low-complexity purchasing processes with suppliers, comparing commercial terms (price, lead time, freight, taxes);
- Issue/update purchase orders in the ERP and e-Procurement systems according to approved requisitions;
- Support the supplier qualification and onboarding process and registration of new suppliers;
- Maintain and update purchase records, contracts and organized documentation;
- Manage the portfolio/pipeline of purchasing processes;
- Monitor deliveries and update reports;
- Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for expense reduction;
- Contribute to initiatives to achieve targets established and reflected in the company’s management system;
- Operate in accordance with compliance policies and internal procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields;
- Good understanding of administrative routines and negotiation;
- Prior experience in service procurement;
- Organization, proactivity, dynamism and a sense of urgency, as well as a results-oriented mindset, are essential;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP and Coupa is a plus.
