About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand existing manual internal controls and translate them into structured, automatable logic, developing solutions aligned with market best practices.
Define and clearly document automated workflows, including triggers, execution rules, exception handling and evidence generation, ensuring traceability, consistency and adherence to control requirements.
Develop automations in Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), integrating sources such as SAP, SharePoint, internal systems and external APIs.
Use Microsoft Copilot to build intelligent agents and support control review and triage processes.
Connect systems via REST/JSON APIs, performing data ingestion, processing and movement between platforms.
Develop Python scripts for data processing, automated validations, evidence generation and complementary integrations.
Build advanced analytical dashboards in Power BI (including DAX, semantic modeling and incremental refresh) to monitor control indicators, exceptions and remediation status.
Technically document all solutions developed, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compliance, Commercial, Engineering, Generation and O&M teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop RPA).
Microsoft Copilot Studio (building agents and copilots).
Intermediate/advanced Python (pandas, requests, openpyxl, process automation).
System integration via REST APIs (OAuth/API Key authentication, consuming and exposing endpoints).
Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling, publishing and refresh via gateway).
Experience with data extraction and integration via API or RFC.
Experience with SAP (data extraction and integration via API or RFC).
Technical knowledge of Internal Controls and frameworks such as COSO, SOX, ICFR or similar.
Prior experience in the energy sector.
