About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management System: Support the improvement and monitoring of processes within the computerized OHS management system (ObraSoft).
  • Indicators: Support monitoring of OHS indicators and preparation of corporate presentations.
  • Policies/Standards: Support drafting and reviewing OHS policies and standards.
  • Contractor Management: Support the mobilization of contractors and conduct OHS inductions/integrations for service providers.
  • Emergency Response: Establish the Fire Brigade, coordinate drills, and manage emergency equipment.
  • CIPA: Manage the local CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and monitor operational units.
  • Training: Manage mandatory trainings and track expiration/recertification dates.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee procurement, delivery, inventory, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Legal Compliance: Update and monitor OHS reports and legal requirement documents (IUS Natura).
  • Social Security Documentation: Prepare, update, and manage the Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário (PPP).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in corporate OHS management and contractor management.
  • Legislation: Strong knowledge of Brazilian NRs (regulatory standards), issuance of technical reports, and routines for CIPA/Fire Brigade.
  • Systems: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advantage: Experience with ObraSoft and IUS Natura systems.
