About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Connect with spokes to help them map pains and opportunities, turning these into an evolutionary roadmap.
Assess business, technical, and data feasibility before starting development of a new AI solution.
Align and agree with spokes on project development priorities.
Design a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) focused on quickly addressing critical pains.
Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing deliveries based on financial impact and technical effort.
Ensure created AI solutions are user-friendly (focus on UX/UI for operators or sales teams).
Plan go-to-market strategy, value proposition, cross-functional alignment, and analyze product-market fit.
Define, track, and report product success metrics.
Monitor product adoption by end users and collect feedback for continuous improvements.
Lead training and user acceptance/testing of tools with business-area users.
