Cost and Investment Analyst III
Auren EnergiaFinancial Analyst overseeing financial performance and collaborating across teams at Auren Energia. Supporting OPEX/CAPEX management and reporting directly to the C-level.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor financial performance;
- Liaise with the accounting team to capture actuals data;
- Interface with all company areas, leading forums with internal stakeholders to manage OPEX and CAPEX;
- Prepare and monitor variances between budgeted and actuals;
- Support the monthly construction of forecasts and the annual budget (CAPEX and OPEX);
- Support the development of materials with robust analyses for the C-level and the board;
- Monthly closing of the area’s performance indicators;
- Management of the area’s tools and systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance and/or Project Management.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning, Economic Project Management, OPEX/CAPEX management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets.
- Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of software: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
