About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and control requests in the CAP and SAP systems;
  • Prepare and maintain organization and cleanup of the department’s general controls;
  • Assist in the review and control of the CAPEX and OPEX budgets;
  • Assist in executing transactions in the SAP system;
  • Assist with SOX controls and audit support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Experience in corporate administrative functions;
  • Knowledge of SAP, processes and transactions (advantage);
  • Organized and dynamic; good interpersonal skills; responsible;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
