About the role

  • Drafting and management of energy commercialization contracts in the Free Market (ACL) - corporate consumers, regulated products, and intercompany agreements
  • Responsible for contractual information within the Glorian billing system
  • Ensure compliance with dates and deadlines imposed by the Electric Energy Trading Chamber (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica - CCEE)
  • Support efficient communication flow with the company's various departments that interact with contract management, aiming for greater fluidity and accuracy in information exchange
  • Direct communication with business and related areas, primarily Legal
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, controls, and policies
  • Prepare periodic reports to support Senior Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of the energy sector
  • Knowledge of trading and commercialization rules and procedures
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Advanced Excel
  • Basic English
  • Problem identification and resolution / Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication with internal and external clients
  • Negotiation skills
  • Systemic and analytical approach to processes
