About the role

  • Manage the portfolio of purchase requisitions, ensuring prioritization, appropriate distribution of demands and compliance with internal SLAs.
  • Conduct end-to-end procurement processes for indirect materials and services, from scope analysis to contractual formalization and closure.
  • Ensure technical accuracy in negotiations, working intensively and hands-on in quotation, equalization, negotiation and contracting processes.
  • Continuously monitor the procurement cycle, proposing adjustments to ensure agility, efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide technical support to less experienced team members by guiding them, reviewing deliverables and disseminating best practices.
  • Develop and update procedures, work instructions and methodologies applied to the Procurement area.
  • Represent the department in internal and external forums, ensuring technical and strategic alignment between requesting areas and suppliers.
  • Critically analyze technical, commercial and operational information to propose high-impact solutions.
  • Prepare comparative studies, executive presentations and market analyses that support decision-making.
  • Lead strategic competitive bidding processes (bidding), ensuring technical, commercial and strategic equalization.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in procurement processes by researching benchmarks, best practices and digital solutions compatible with the energy sector.
  • Improve systems, methods and tools used by the area to increase productivity and data integrity.
  • Plan, monitor and lead action plans or strategic projects aligned with the Annual Procurement Plan.
  • Deliver value to the company through structured negotiations, cost optimization, risk reduction and continuous process improvement.
  • Operate aligned with corporate goals and indicators, directly contributing to achievement of objectives established by the company’s management system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas is desirable.
