Full-stack Engineer

• As a Full Stack Engineer at Aurelian, you will be part of a team building state of the art, multi modal conversational AI systems that help save lives. You’ll own and relentlessly improve core features of our platform, and get to work closely with our customers to develop novel solutions to the unique problems that 9-1-1 call centers face.
• Some of the things we’re working on right now include:
• Scaling our systems and infrastructure to handle millions of voice interactions
• Leveraging AI agents to streamline integration with legacy systems
• Making voice AI interactions as natural as human conversation
• Developing intuitive user experiences for human in the loop workflows

Full Stack Software Engineer

Chief of Staff

• Act as a thought partner and right hand to the CEO—triage requests, prioritize initiatives, and prepare for key meetings and decisions
• Create and manage internal documentation, presentations, and reporting to keep leadership aligned and informed
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across GTM, product, and operations
• Push initiatives from 0→1 by conducting research, building structure, and tracking progress
• Support weekly and quarterly planning processes, OKRs, and internal comms cadence
• Prepare materials and organize meetings for exec syncs, board updates, investor check-ins, and offsites
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams on conference and event strategy, coordinate logistics, track ROI, and ensure executive alignment
• Assist in prepping CEO and senior leadership for speaking engagements and customer-facing opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product and growth strategy
• Support fundraising and corporate development with research and diligence

Backend Engineer

Backend Software Engineer

• As a Platform Engineer at Aurelian, you’ll help design and scale the infrastructure behind our life-saving voice AI systems. This includes building multi-region, highly available systems, supporting real-time voice workloads, and managing infrastructure for AI models — including containerized GPU workloads.
• You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems are reliable, fast, and scalable as we continue to expand nationwide.
• Scale infrastructure to support millions of voice interactions across U.S. call centers.
• Enhance our multi-region architecture to reduce latency and improve uptime.
• Design and maintain infrastructure for self-hosted, GPU-based AI workloads.
• Improve our monitoring, alerting, and observability to support mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate across teams to build deployment pipelines and support product delivery.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform (or similar IaC tools) and manage Kubernetes clusters.
