About the role
- Support for the registered nursing professional in their daily work with and for the patients
- Organizing and facilitating patients' daily activities (crafts, reading aloud, conversation, assistance with household tasks, etc.)
- Performing household duties for the shared residential unit
- Assisting with treatment-related nursing tasks and performing basic nursing care activities
Requirements
- Completion of the one-year nursing assistant training is desirable but not mandatory
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
