About the role
- Communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues in a way that promotes collaboration
- Actively shape care processes and ensure care quality; regularly contribute in professional team meetings
- Participate in the implementation of quality-assurance measures
- Perform basic and treatment nursing (e.g., oxygen therapy, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, monitor surveillance) and initiate emergency measures when required
- Care planning and nursing documentation are part of your daily routine
- Regularly participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Completed three-year vocational training in nursing (e.g., health and nurse, geriatric nurse, nursing specialist/registered nurse) (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
- Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or advanced training in intensive care/anesthesia
- Leadership experience is an advantage, but we value your commitment even more
- Enjoyment in guiding, supporting and advising colleagues professionally
- High level of empathy, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
