About the role

Build and maintain high-performance backend systems, ensuring system reliability and scalability
Integrate with AI-driven components and LLM agents and build features around them
Manage infrastructure using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools
Host and optimize ML models to serve millions of requests per day
Process and manage large-scale data efficiently to ensure low-latency client access
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and improve system performance
Follow Git-based workflows including code reviews and contributions

4+ years of experience in software engineering or product engineering
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related quantitative field
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience with creating and evaluating AI Agents, using LLMs
Background in Machine Learning and deploying ML models in production
Experience working in cloud environments, specifically AWS
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and Terraform
Experience with Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code reviews
Experience with large-scale data processing, low-latency systems
Familiarity with Databricks (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Linux, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (preferred)
Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation (preferred)
