About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own AURA’s organic growth engine across website, SEO, email, and social media channels.
- Build and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified pipeline generation.
- Lead the full content lifecycle — from strategy and planning to creation, distribution, optimisation, reporting, and localisation.
- Work closely with growth marketing, sales, design, product, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business growth.
- Develop and own AURA’s global content strategy aligned to growth, brand, and pipeline goals.
- Create and optimise high-intent content that supports inbound lead generation and conversion.
- Own and manage AURA’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Produce and oversee high-quality content across multiple formats, including website copy, SEO content, thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Drive SEO strategy and implementation across all relevant content.
- Build and improve scalable content workflows, systems, and templates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, growth marketing, or organic marketing roles.
- Proven experience building content programs that drive measurable pipeline and demand generation outcomes.
- Strong B2B writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience managing organic social media channels end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and conversion-focused content strategy.
- Comfortable managing newsletters, landing pages, social campaigns, and content distribution.
- Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth, sales, product, and design teams.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow), analytics tools, SEO tools, and AI-powered content workflows.
- Comfortable using tools such as Zoho, GA4, SEMrush, Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Basic design capability or strong visual/content collaboration skills are advantageous.
