About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit and maintain records within Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy
- Manage lead-to-signed workflows, ensuring all mandatory compliance documentation is attached before moving stages
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline health and administrative bottlenecks
- Execute end-to-end billing cycles, managing and communicating invoicing and billing information
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue invoices
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies before they reach the client
- Act as the 'final gatekeeper' for industry-specific regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure all contracts are fully executed and stored
- Process Optimisation: Identify 'friction points' in our current admin processes and propose Zoho automation solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Proficiency in Zoho CRM (CRM, Blueprints, Canvas, and Reports)
- Data and/or Finance related qualification
- Experience in Billing/Bookkeeping is a bonus
- Compliance Literacy: Experience handling sensitive data, contracts, or regulatory filings
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping a single plate
