About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners (dealers, monitoring centers, end users, etc.) to ensure success and growth.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, providing training and resources to ensure smooth implementation and platform adoption.
  • Equip partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively sell and promote AURA’s security solutions.
  • Support the expansion of AURA’s presence in key markets by collaborating with partners to drive new business and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the internal AURA teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure alignment on strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on partner performance, sales metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the alarm or security ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, partner enablement, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in ZOHO CRM.
  • Familiarity in the security integrator space.
