About the role

  • Own Enterprise Implementations
  • Lead the successful onboarding and launch of AURA’s largest and most strategic partners
  • Take ownership of the full implementation journey: Contract → Integration/solution build → Launch
  • Align and Lead Stakeholders across multiple organisations and disciplines
  • Identify and align key decision-makers
  • Maintain structured project tracking and reporting
  • Drive Momentum and Accountability by ensuring projects move forward
  • Coordinate Technical Integrations with Product, Tech and Customer Success teams
  • Create Win-Win Outcomes by structuring engagements that lead to mutual accountability and shared success

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience managing complex enterprise B2B projects
  • Strong understanding of technical integrations or SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across organisations
  • Exceptional people skills to build trust and drive shared outcomes
  • Ability to lead through influence at all levels, rather than formal authority
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups is highly valuable
