About the role

  • Lead product design for your designated product area from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Drive the design vision and establish design patterns, principles, and best practices within your domain.
  • Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Create comprehensive design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, clinical advisors, and other designers to align on product strategy and execution.
  • Champion the user throughout the product development process, ensuring decisions are grounded in user needs and data Iterate based on feedback from usability testing, user feedback, and product metrics.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product Product Designer 2 Mentor and provide design feedback to other team members, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated/complex domains.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including your process and the impact of your designs.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and translating research insights into design decisions.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to micro-interactions and usability details.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions and tell compelling stories.
  • Systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions that work across multiple use cases.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
