About the role
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn using defined account lists and campaigns
- Prospect into new markets and account segments using provided direction and messaging
- Support pre- and post-event outreach to drive meeting generation
- Craft persona-specific messaging aligned to campaigns and target audiences
- Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure a clean handoff
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or outbound-focused B2B role
- Comfortable spending a meaningful portion of your day on outbound activity (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Strong written communicator who can write clear, relevant, and thoughtful outreach that feels personalized
- Highly organized and reliable, with a track record of following through and managing multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and able to show up consistently, manage your time, and get the work done without a fully built playbook or constant oversight
- Coachable and eager to learn, with openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift
- Collaborative team player who works well with Sales and Marketing and takes pride in contributing to shared goals
