About the role
- Own customer relationship once contract is signed
- Manage customer training and go-live process
- Monitor customer usage and performance and drive adoption
- Proactively engage customers via calls to support business outcomes and ROI
- Escalate issues to Head of Global Support and maintain SLAs
- Contribute to support process, procedure, and standards development
Requirements
- Manage Customer Relations during the entire Life Cycle of the Client
- Manage Customer Training, refreshers and account setup/go-live
- Monitor Customer usage and performance
- Proactively call customers to provide business support and maximize ROI
- Escalate customer well-being concerns to the Head of Global Support
- Maintain internally agreed SLA figures
- Adhere to and contribute to development of support processes, procedures and standards
