About the role

  • Winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory
  • Understand overall sales strategy and implement tactics to grow sales revenue through the partner network
  • Develop new sales channels via strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers
  • Develop business plans with goals, milestones and action points for each partner and regularly review them
  • Ensure monitoring, management, and achievement of each partner's sales quotas
  • Find new partners in targeted geographies and negotiate contracts with new partners
  • Provide training and support to new partner recruits to enable effective selling of company products/services
  • Improve performance of existing partners and evaluate their performance, suggesting improvements
  • Monitor partner performance for sales quotas and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with support and management teams to meet customer/partner expectations
  • Act as a bridge for communication between customers/partners and the engineering team
  • Motivate and coach partner employees to help them meet goals
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for market share growth through partner network

  • Ability to monitor partner performance and maintain customer satisfaction
