About the role

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineer, Designers and Customers to synthesize themes across AI product needs, enterprise requirements, and company policies, identifying positive and negative user impact for customers, end users, and content owners
  • Set a high bar for UX practice as a vehicle for strategic alignment in a complex AI problem space, using design to illuminate tradeoffs in accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and trust.
  • Own information architecture, navigation, interaction design, and task flows for web and desktop/mobile surfaces that power transcription, note generation, agent conversations, and retrieval‑augmented question answering
  • Own the design vision for your area: drive 0→1 feature launches and 1→N improvements to existing workflows, ensuring coherence across recording, summarization, Q&A, and task automation
  • Shape product strategy, roadmap, and requirements in close partnership with product, engineering, data science, and go‑to‑market; connect UX research and outcomes to adoption, retention, and support metrics
  • Execute end‑to‑end design from problem framing through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI; specify empty states, edge cases, and error handling for AI variability
  • Communicate design rationale, build consensus, and influence decisions among cross‑functional partners and leadership; facilitate crits and design reviews.
  • Navigate ambiguity in a fast‑moving AI landscape, proactively reducing uncertainty with framed hypotheses and lean tests

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of complex, system‑oriented work that shipped to production
  • Experience designing for B2B, fluency in enterprise buyer and end‑user needs, including admin controls, privacy, and auditability
  • Ability to design at scale and contribute to/ manage a cohesive design system
  • End to end design experience: discovery research and UXR partnership, JTBD, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, and usability testing with measurable outcomes
  • Proven history working on interaction and visual design
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills across audiences and levels; strong narrative storytelling grounded in user and business impact
  • Demonstrated leadership driving initiatives end‑to‑end, influencing stakeholders, and operating autonomously with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage complexity and volume of information, reconcile competing constraints, and produce clear, iterative solutions
