About the role
- Support senior team members in managing partner accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach to all interactions.
- Schedule meetings, and send recaps of key next steps to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for hitting deadlines across key project workstreams.
- Assist in cross functional project management with sales, advertising, and development teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and partners, preparing and delivering professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and tasks using project management tools like Monday, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Use Excel to organize data, track program performance, and create reports to support partner success initiatives.
- Collect and document partner feedback to support continuous improvement of Kigo’s platform and services.
- Ensure compliance with data sharing agreements, privacy regulations, and industry standards in all tasks.
- Assist in training partners and their customers on how to use Kigo’s platform to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality presentations and reports on account performance and user engagement for regular, scheduled client meetings.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in project execution to meet partner expectations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in large enterprise account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in marketing technology, digital advertising, or agency sectors.
- Strong proficiency in creating business presentations that utilize data to tell compelling stories and demonstrate return on investment (using Powerpoint and Excel)
- Proven project management ability, with experience using tools like Monday or similar platforms to manage tasks and timelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for customer satisfaction, with empathy and active listening skills to build positive partner relationships.
- Eagerness to learn about loyalty programs, digital advertising, and client industries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to solving problems with guidance from senior team members.
