About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the AI product roadmap - break it down into features that can ship fast and deliver real value, not science projects.
  • Work with engineering to evaluate what's feasible - you understand LLMs, APIs, and agentic patterns well enough to scope realistically.
  • Talk to customers, sales, and customer success to understand where AI can solve actual problems
  • Define what success looks like before building starts - clear metrics, clear outcomes, clear way to know if it worked.
  • Partner with product management to shape the AI vision and make sure the roadmap connects to company strategy.
  • Ship iteratively - get features in front of users early, learn fast, and adjust.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product ownership or product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals - enough to evaluate feasibility with engineers, challenge assumptions, and spot when something won't work.
  • Real grasp of LLMs - prompt design, quality and risk management, model capabilities, costs, latency, and context limits.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions - LLM APIs, SaaS AI services, off-the-shelf ML products.
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts - tool use, planning, orchestration.
  • Deep empathy for users - you think in flows, friction points, and moments where the product earns or loses trust.
  • Strong English (B2+)
  • Comfortable presenting roadmaps and trade-offs explaining the "why," not just the "what."
  • Bonus points for: Experience shipping AI features in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated domains where trust and safety are non-negotiable.
  • Background in clinical or practitioner-facing software - EHR, practice management, diagnostic tools.
  • You've worked with AI quality frameworks - evaluation pipelines, guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Experience managing AI-specific risks - hallucination, bias, data privacy, regulatory constraints.
  • Familiarity with how AI integrates into existing product ecosystems without breaking user workflows.
  • You've shipped AI features that real users adopted, not just prototypes that got applause internally.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Remote-first and async-friendly with flat organizational structure
  • A culture that values personal growth as much as business outcome
  • Hard, meaningful problems - not chatbot wrappers, but AI that changes how clinics work
  • Direct customer contact - you'll see the impact of your decisions, not just read about it in a report
  • A chance to define how AI shows up in a platform used daily by thousands of hearing care professionals
  • Real ownership over the AI product direction, not an advisory role
  • A global team that spans Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.
  • A high bar for engineering and product quality
  • A team that values depth over hype: production quality over flashy prototypes
