About the role
- First point of telephone contact for our customers – friendly, empathetic and enjoying conversation
- Telephone execution of marketing measures: you inform customers about promotions and invite them to meet our hearing care specialists in our retail locations
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow-up questions
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
Requirements
- You are communicative, open and enjoy proactively contacting people without being intrusive
- Empathy is one of your strengths, especially when interacting with older adults
- Initial experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales or a service role is an advantage
- Confident PC and MS Office skills and very good German language skills (spoken and written) are important to us; additional languages are a plus
- You want to work on-site as part of a team and appreciate the exchange and sense of togetherness with colleagues
