Plan and deliver training sessions for partners, customers, and end users, both in-person and online
Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions, empowering partners to deliver Dante training independently
Support channel partners by ensuring they are educated on the Dante platform
Participate in regional tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to deliver training, support demonstrations, and provide onsite assistance, including booth setup as needed
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan, promote, and follow up on training events and initiatives
Provide feedback on existing training materials and contribute to the development of new content tailored for Southeast Asia
Act as a trusted technical representative of Audinate within the region, supporting business growth initiatives through training and education
Individual contributor reporting to the Director of Global Training, focused on accelerating Dante adoption across Southeast Asia
Up to 50% regional travel required
Requirements
Proven expertise with Dante and networking concepts (Dante Certification Level 1, 2, and 3 required)
Minimum 5 years professional experience in AV, IT, or related technical training roles
Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups in person and online
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a large geographic territory
Familiarity with creating and delivering online training content
Understanding of emerging technologies including virtualization and cloud-based workflows is desirable
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
AV or IT certifications (CTS, CCNA, CompTIA, AWS, etc.) are a plus
Willingness to undertake up to 50% regional travel
