• You manage the project phases, keep timelines in view, and bring all stakeholders together.
• You actively participate in agile sprints, use tools like Jira, and act as the customer’s voice in the development process.
• In Customer Success you stay engaged with your customers after go‑live and ensure they get the most out of our software.
