About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead digital commercial performance across a portfolio of four hotels: Mauna Lani, Stanly Ranch, Solage, and The Inn at Mattei's Tavern
  • Develop integrated digital plans with hotel Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales teams
  • Translate hotel and market priorities into digital campaigns and channel strategies across paid media, web, and booking platforms
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, booking pace, consumer demand, campaign pacing, conversion performance, attribution, and ROI
  • Provide recurring performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to property teams, regional leadership, and ownership groups
  • Own month-end reporting, budget management, forecasting, billing reconciliation, and allocation recommendations
  • Lead digital activation across paid media, booking engine offers, onsite messaging tools, and website platforms
  • Execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Search, Meta, display, metasearch, and travel platforms
  • Maintain optimized, accurate, and brand-aligned digital experiences across websites, booking platforms, OTAs, local listings, Google Business, Tripadvisor, and third-party channels
  • Oversee website functionality, booking flows, software integrations, and GEO/SEO optimization
  • Manage GA4, Revinate, booking engine platforms, Triptease, OTAs, and related digital systems
  • Support ADA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance across digital platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital, performance, or commercial marketing roles
  • Experience preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or travel brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, digital analytics, digital conversion, and revenue-driven marketing planning
  • Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns and digital marketing budgets
  • Ability to interpret market trends, booking behavior, and performance data
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, Analytics, and agency partners
  • Familiarity with GA4, Revinate, booking engines, third-party OTA platforms, Triptease, and digital reporting tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Suite, Excel, attribution, and tracking
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of luxury hospitality branding and guest experience
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
