About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance
- Track leads, opportunities, and definite bookings; generate sales reports and dashboards for leadership
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain and update customer profiles, support 5 Sales Directors with activity entry during peak periods, and conduct data audits to ensure accuracy
- Receive, assess, and respond to incoming requests from clients and hotels
- Create and update sales presentations and materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as needed
- Support the planning and execution of client events, internal meetings, and related logistics
- Manage surveys, ROI tracking, and post event recaps following client events
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Contribute to special projects as directed by the VP Sales
- Apply creativity and sound business judgment to drive timely and effective results
- Support larger Salesforce system projects for Senior Manager System Operations & Analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills with clients and internal teams
- Resilient and adaptable, remaining composed and effective amid shifting priorities and high volume demands
- Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating team dynamics and business situations
- Proactive and self motivated, anticipates needs and takes initiative with minimal supervision
- Resourceful and solution oriented with strong business acumen
- Knowledge of hotel operations and market trends is an advantage
- Proficient in G Suite and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience with Salesforce/Delphi Systems is an advantage
