Administration

• Responsible for the administration, operation and optimization of the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers & access points)
• Perform fault analysis and resolution as part of 3rd-level support and develop new solution approaches
• Handle documentation and fault management while maintaining oversight of the networks at all times
• Act as, when required, the point of contact for external service providers in the areas of networking and IT security
• Support the national and international teams in varied projects
