About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform project and revenue financial compliance within OpenAir and NetSuite
  • Review and reconciliation and verification of project finance administration
  • Work with project managers in setting up project financials within OpenAir
  • Calculate and post weekly costings based on timesheets approved in OpenAir
  • Calculate and post weekly revenue recognition based on timesheets approved in OpenAir
  • Reconcile weekly of OpenAIr and NetSuite once costings and revenue recognition have been posted
  • Assist Project managers with queries around project financials
  • Drive OpenAIr/project financial hygiene and compliance with project managers
  • Regular detailed project reviews with project managers and analysis of budgeted vs actual

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Degree/certification in accounting and finance
  • 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound understanding of revenue, costing and project accounting
  • Analytical and methodical approach.
  • Integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.
