About the role
- Working closely with the P&C Managers, P&C Officer, Chief People Officer and finance team
- Learning about and supporting all employment lifecycle steps – hiring, contract management, on-boarding, employee support, culture-building, performance management and off-boarding;
- Assist with developing and embedding HR policies and procedures including feedback/review process, salary review process and banding;
- Administer key systems including our engagement and reward/recognition systems
- Keep up to date with OHS, IR and Employee Relations legislation changes to ensure compliance and provide updates to relevant parties;
- Contribute to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs;
- Produce reports & presentations;
- Administrative duties
Requirements
- Educated to degree level, must be in a relevant subject (e.g. HR, IR, communications, business, management or a related field)
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Exposure to CRM or HRIS desirable
- Natural curiosity to learn and a genuine passion for the technology industry
- An excellent communicator, with exceptional written & verbal skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
