About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring deadlines and internal procedures are met
- Review, analyze, and validate onboarding documentation
- Schedule and follow up on occupational health exams (ASO), ensuring the completion of required steps for onboarding
- Create and monitor system requisitions
- Conduct new hire orientations/onboarding sessions, either in-person or online
- Monitor and track mandatory trainings and safety inductions
- Register, update, and transfer employee records in internal systems
- Provide support to relevant departments, ensuring accurate processing and recording of employee information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in generalist Human Resources roles
