About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open and advertise job openings across various recruitment channels
- Screen and review resumes/CVs according to position requirements
- Contact candidates to align profiles and schedule interviews
- Conduct online interviews
- Prepare candidate evaluations and forward them to the requesting hiring managers
- Track selection processes at all stages, from job opening to approval
- Keep the vacancy tracker, process statuses, and talent pool up to date
- Support profile alignment with hiring managers
- Provide feedback to candidates when necessary
- Assist in developing strategies for attracting and selecting talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working in Human Resources with a focus on Recruitment and Selection
