Key responsibilities & impact

Open and advertise job openings across various recruitment channels
Screen and review resumes/CVs according to position requirements
Contact candidates to align profiles and schedule interviews
Conduct online interviews
Prepare candidate evaluations and forward them to the requesting hiring managers
Track selection processes at all stages, from job opening to approval
Keep the vacancy tracker, process statuses, and talent pool up to date
Support profile alignment with hiring managers
Provide feedback to candidates when necessary
Assist in developing strategies for attracting and selecting talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working in Human Resources with a focus on Recruitment and Selection
