About the role
- Receive and review client and agency briefings
- Prepare quotes for talent for events, campaigns and social media activations
- Send customized proposals (timelines, scope and terms)
- Conduct strategic follow-ups until closing
- Negotiate under pressure using persuasion techniques
- Maintain control of the sales funnel in CRM and spreadsheets
- Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in consultative sales
- Residence in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo
- Mandatory experience in the artistic/speakers sector
- Experience with talent budgeting and negotiation
- Background in agencies, production companies or event firms
- Familiarity with image rights, campaign timelines, logistics and BV (commission/bonus)
- Proficiency with email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive and videoconferencing
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Clear and objective communication
- Good writing skills
- Organized
- Problem-solver profile
