About the role
- Supporting an Associate Director and their clients, ensuring the smooth coordination of all related activities.
- Preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining accurate and timely records across systems such as Intelliflo, and managing leads, prospects, and existing client relationships.
- Communicating confidently across multiple channels and contributing to wider business projects that support growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-C (6), or equivalent, to include Maths and English
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Planning
- Existing knowledge of Intelliflo or a similar customer relationship/financial management tool
- Client facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Professional, ethical, and discreet
- Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
