About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate on the phone with clients to understand their situation
- Advise clients on next steps and whether they are eligible for assistance
- Navigate internal tech platforms and tools quickly
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles (CX, sales, support, hospitality, etc.)
- Ability to care for and support people from all walks of life
- Quick learner and competent writer
- Experience in a metrics-driven role is preferred
