About the role
- Design, build and operate Atticus’ web applications with a focus on performance, modularity, extensibility, and reliability
- Work with product and design to evaluate and refine product details and acceptance criteria
- Architect, design, write, review, and test code in a collaborative environment with other software engineers
- Leverage your peers as multipliers for your skills to create excellent products and services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production full-stack applications using modern languages and frameworks
- You have experience building and optimizing React-based user interfaces
- You have experience designing and operating reliable, scalable backend systems and APIs
- You partner closely with product and design to clarify requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
- You demonstrate good judgment around code quality, including when and how to test
- You are comfortable owning services in production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
