About the role

  • Design, build and operate Atticus’ web applications with a focus on performance, modularity, extensibility, and reliability
  • Work with product and design to evaluate and refine product details and acceptance criteria
  • Architect, design, write, review, and test code in a collaborative environment with other software engineers
  • Leverage your peers as multipliers for your skills to create excellent products and services

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building production full-stack applications using modern languages and frameworks
  • You have experience building and optimizing React-based user interfaces
  • You have experience designing and operating reliable, scalable backend systems and APIs
  • You partner closely with product and design to clarify requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
  • You demonstrate good judgment around code quality, including when and how to test
  • You are comfortable owning services in production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
