About the role
- Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and promote coaching programs and events.
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, present solutions, and guide attorneys through the decision-making process.
- Promote and attend live and virtual events, workshops, and seminars to generate and nurture leads.
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy, keeping detailed activity records in the CRM.
- Travel occasionally for events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, coaching, or training.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with professional audiences.
- Confidence and persistence in outbound prospecting and follow-up.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for select events and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Legal industry knowledge or experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Consultative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
