About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceive the user experience for a B2B SaaS platform
- Conduct market benchmarking and analyze user data
- Develop design concepts and translate user needs
- Create workflows, user flows, wireframes, and mockups
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Tech teams, and Customer Success
- Assess technical constraints to ensure realistic planning and design
- Contribute to the consistency of the design system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in design or graphic design
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Comfortable with AI tools, notably Claude
- Good understanding of research methods and user testing
- Proficiency in project management methods and Microsoft Office
- Professional English required (B2/C1)
