About the role

  • Design, structure, configure and maintain compliance content integrated into our digital products
  • Participate in the analysis of regulatory, client and business needs in collaboration with internal teams, compliance experts and stakeholders
  • Design, structure and evolve clear, precise, consistent compliance questionnaires tailored to their users
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable, structured and scalable content
  • Implement and configure content and questionnaires in the platform using existing tools
  • Manage review, quality control and validation phases prior to production
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Configuration teams
  • Analyze the impact of content changes on customers and internal teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability of requests, decisions and changes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content and processes

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years minimum experience in an operational role focused on content, compliance, configuration, quality, client onboarding or regulated environments (SaaS, IT, construction, compliance, operations)
  • Strong attention to detail and a preference for working with structured content; recognized for rigor and reliability
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, operational solutions
  • Enjoys cross-functional collaboration and can interact with diverse profiles (subject-matter experts, product teams, clients)
  • Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a fast-moving environment
  • English level C1/C2 (written and spoken)
