About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading coordination between departments – sourcing, sales and logistics.
Coordinating structured meeting notes, tracking deadlines, sending follow ups and coordinating action items.
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth delivery processes.
Manage regular offer list preparation, including price calculations, availability coordination, finalisation and communication.
Manage and track customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities within the system to ensure smooth follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Handle second-level communication with clients and internal teams via email.
Provide sales insights and feedback to aid in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in sales or business coordination (FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong email communication and writing skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to coordinate efficiently across departments and with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.
