Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Maintain accuracy of financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Develop and refine accounting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
Partner with operations and leadership teams to support business initiatives
Provide financial insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning
Support implementation and optimization of accounting systems and tools

Requirements

4–7+ years in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
