About the role

Work as part of the business operations team to ensure compliance with proposal requirements.
Provide intelligence and strategic win themes for proposal submissions to the government.
Contribute to oral presentation preparations, leveraging public speaking and executive communication skills.
Support the identification of Key Personnel for government proposals.
Provide advisory input on strategic communications, executive mentorship, and interagency engagement strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related degrees to DoD mission
20+ years of leadership and consulting experience, including senior-level advisory roles withing the DoD and Federal Government
Former U.S. Military Officer with extensive operational, policy, and program management experience, highly preferred
Experience in government consulting and/or government program delivery
Deep expertise in strategic communications, public speaking and stakeholder engagement, including briefing interagency and executive leaders
Proven experience in executive leadership development, mentorship, and curriculum design for military and civilian professionals
Background in program and resource management, overseeing multimillion dollar assets and programs with compliance with federal standards
Ability to synthesize complex requirements, craft persuasive proposal content, and align win themes with government priorities
Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high visibility environment
Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies
Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
