About the role
- Work as part of the business operations team to ensure compliance with proposal requirements.
- Provide intelligence and strategic win themes for proposal submissions to the government.
- Contribute to oral presentation preparations, leveraging public speaking and executive communication skills.
- Support the identification of Key Personnel for government proposals.
- Provide advisory input on strategic communications, executive mentorship, and interagency engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related degrees to DoD mission
- 20+ years of leadership and consulting experience, including senior-level advisory roles withing the DoD and Federal Government
- Former U.S. Military Officer with extensive operational, policy, and program management experience, highly preferred
- Experience in government consulting and/or government program delivery
- Deep expertise in strategic communications, public speaking and stakeholder engagement, including briefing interagency and executive leaders
- Proven experience in executive leadership development, mentorship, and curriculum design for military and civilian professionals
- Background in program and resource management, overseeing multimillion dollar assets and programs with compliance with federal standards
- Ability to synthesize complex requirements, craft persuasive proposal content, and align win themes with government priorities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high visibility environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
